I am currently a Focusing Coordinator in training with The International Focusing Institute and serve as a Pre-Therapy Trainer and Coordinator. My passion lies in teaching and supporting colleagues who wish to integrate Focusing, Pre-Therapy, or body-oriented work into their repertoire. This is how I keep learning!

As a teacher at the KU Leuven Center for Experiential-Existential Psychotherapy (EEP), my work remains grounded in evidence-based practice and continuous academic inquiry. A lot can be learned at the gritty intersection of rigorous research and embodied human presence. Some publications.
Focus on Emotion is an experiential Walhalla for the Low Countries. We share a commitment to cultivating high-quality, person-centered therapeutic presence and we just adore the international plethora of experiential methods and techniques. Working with this dedicated and empowering team is deeply nourishing!
